Flashing Globe And/or Extensions Folder On Startup

When go to the System Prefs and to Startup Disk to start the computer in Os9, the hard drive that Os9 is located on does not show up.
 
Does this machine boot into OS 9?
What model Mac is it?
Does the System Profiler show the drive?
