hello
this is my first post on this board, and i sure hope someone can help me. i have had my g5 dual 2.0ghz for a year and a half now. today i tried to power up and the apple 17 inch display stayed dark, i didn´t get the start up chime, and both the status light on the tower and the monitor flash in a sequence of three flashes. i have not installed any new software, cards, or anything else. i have unplugged it for 15 min and tried to start again several times, but with the same results.
could it be my vidieo card, and if so how do i know which one to order.
i will be living here in south america for another year, which also complicates things in that i can not just bring it to the guy down on the corner.
