After doing a software update my flat panel G4 won't start up. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with Apple and nothing. Would love to get in and at least save some items before saying good bye to an old friend.
At any rate, wouldn't you think it just a little helpful if you stated what it was that you updated from what? Wouldn't you also think it a little more helpful if you stated how you did the update?
