Folder views

Hi,

Could someone please tell me how to get folder views ALWAYS to appear as list views? I seem to select it but next time it opens it opens as icon views.

Try this. Open the folder and set to List View. Close the folder without doing anything in it. Then open again and see if List View sticks.

If it doesn't, download Onyx and open it and use the Maintenance tab. Look for Reset>LauchServices database and run that, then try again.

You could also look through onyx commands and run the different maintenance items.
