Hello,

I have a Mac G5 with os x 10.2.8.

When I try to open a folder with photos of my trip to Asia, the folder closes.

I can't even see the list of files in there.

The camera used was an HP 735.

Please help

Tom

Do you mean that you connect the camera to your mac, then try to open the folder while it's still on the camera's memory?

If so, then try dragging that folder to the desktop before you open it. I'm sure there are better suggestions floating around.... I'll see what i can find.

Hi there, it only happens when I open a certain folder on the hard drive of the computer. I network connected an old Mac laptop and found a file with a very wierd name. when I removed this file, the folder opens ok. I renamed the file and put it back on the main computer and everything is ok now.

One other problem related to the camera is that when the batteries die during file transfer, the file that was not completely copied still appears to be caught in the process and can not be deleted. Message "file is busy and can not be deleted" how can I stop the process and delete this kind of file?

Thanks,
Tom
