Hey guys and gals, I hope this hasnt been covered before (thumbed through 21 pages using "font" as my query and it doesnt look like it has). My roomate had a question about converting windows true type fonts into a format that macs use. I've read that OSX natively supports TTF, but what would he do for those without OSX?? What format (PStype1,..etc) would they need to be converted to, if they can be converted at all?? And if anyone knows of any good programs that may make this a little easier I'd like to hear your suggestions. Websites, threads, anything that would point us in the right direction, b/c Im stumped!

Thanks In Advance,

Pete

Mods please move if this is in the wrong forum or could get more traffic in another. ;)

Most font formats are supported natively under Mac OS X. For those that aren't, or if you need to use the fonts under OS 9, then you can use a little app called TTConvertor.

Oh, and here is a great link for you...
