Force to quit Finder since X.1.5 instaled

Since I've installed 10.1.5 on my ibook, whenever i try to reload Finder by using the Apple+Alt+Esc command which permit also to force to quit others app., a new funciton appears for the finder.

From time to time I can wether reload Finder as before, OR force to quit Finder..... that means that I have to launch it manually from the dock to reload it !?!

Does anyone experienced that also?

More more i gonna believe that 10.1.5 is definetly a bad update only destined to force us to switch to Jaguar and off-course buy it................!
 
Erhm... 10.1.5 has been running very, very well for me in the last couple of weeks (or months, even?). But I've also noticed that 'Force Quit Finder' is sometimes there. But do I care? Nope.

Btw. I've made the Finder quittable with TinkerTool. Maybe you've got that, too and that may be the reason for this?
