I know I'm not much of a HTML programmer, more designer really, but I'm having a problem with a form...see here:

In Dreamweaver it looks fine.
In Safari the form starts 2 cms down the page.
In Firefox on Mac and PC it's perfect
But in IE on both Mac and PC it starts 8cms down the page.
Why?
Can anyone suggest a fix please.
