Forte with swing forms

Hi

I installed forte and I am trying to compile and execute a swing form.

I created this form with the wizard annd added two fields "code" and "description"

After generarion I was expecting two text boxes on the form and nothing appears.

I added a pannel to the form and when I execute the form I shows several errors messages.

any ideas about that?
