Free/Cheap Aqua paint programs

I'm looking for a free program that allows me to do some basic drawing and such. I know of GIMP, but I'd rather not use it as I'd prefer something that uses Aqua.

Any suggestions?

How about Graphic Converter? It's only $35, and it allows you to do basic paint/photo touch-up techniques and open just about any graphic file format known to man.

But that ain't free.

You'll want to try 'Teal' from http://www.unspacy.demon.co.uk/software/

If you have .Mac, you can download Photostudio X for free. Another option would be to buy Photoshop Elements. Altho most places sell it for $99, Walmart has it for $58, both the PC and Mac versions come in the same box.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. This Photoshop Elements thing, is it similar in functionality to Paint Shop Pro on the PC?

Teal looks nice, I'm checking it out now.

PS Elements is Photoshop without some features. PaintShop Pro, if trying to clone Photoshop, might be similar. ;-)
