FTP Directory change

Anyone know how to change the directory FTP goes to...ie

At the moment it goes into the users root with Desktop. pictures etc.....can I forward the FTP requests to a single directory/folder only i.e Public??

yep, I want to restrict them. It would be one user account that allows me to easily transfer files among the non believers who use pc's. So no other protocols are needed..........just want to be able to let them access one folder with a user/password

These are perfect. To delete things in the NetInfo Manager, just highlight them and hit the "delete" key.
