Is there a way to limit FTP bandwitdh?
I know that Carrafix does it, but it doesn't work well with FTP.
Any other solution, without installing another FTP server?
The migration is fairly painless to switch FTP servers to pure-ftpd (see the HOWTO forum for more details). It enambles FTP bandwidth throttling (globally for the server or on a group-based restriction).
