When ever i upload a file to my server uping an FRP client (so far ive tired two so i dont think that the program is at fault), a .bin extenion gets added to the end of each file. So i end up with a bunch of pictures that are .jpg.bin and .html.bin, Which of course messes everything up!What should i do?

Check the TX settings for your client, make sure it's on ASCII and not Binary.

that's a bad idea actually - if you transfer a file that isn't ascii as ascii (e.g. a jpeg) it will arrive at the other end very screwed up.

Does your ftp client automatically apply macbinary encoding to the file? This is a feature of some ftp clients, they will automatically make a .bin file of uploads to save any resource fork info - this can be disabled though...
