ftpchroot and 10.2

Has anyone else noticed that users in /etc/ftpchroot can no longer ftp in? what up?

I've just added my username to the ftpchroot file and then tried to access via ftp using a web browser. All I get now is a screen with the text "Can't change root".

Any advice out there?

That's very odd. I get the same thing. If my !@%!@% man pages weren't broken (fink's manconf broke it in 10.2, still haven't gotten around to fixing it) perhaps I'd be able to help.

I have the same problem. I restarted to 10.1.5 and there was no problem to run ftpchroot. I went back to 10.2, did the same thing and it didnt work. Got the message "Can't change root".
From the log file I can read that the user has "no permission to change root"?
