full screen web browsing

Stupid question but what you mean full screen web browsing - do you just have the web content and nothing else???

That or maybe a very minimalistic browser bar and menubar something like (and I hate to say this) IE on Windoze.

Ahh, maybe I'm missing something, but You can get Safari down to a single bar with only the close, minimize and maximize buttons along with the right and bottom scroll automatically showing up based on the content you're looking at.

I view sites this wa all the time. Since it's very easy to toggle the address bar and the bookmark bar back on with their respective quick-key combinations.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that Opera allows full screen browsing.

If you are looking for a customizable browser that has kiosk mode (full screen) and the option to restrict certain features try this:

I believe this is Mozilla based, but is a bit pricey.
