this fits right in with the stupidity that i have seen. I do tech support for a living and i had someone a couple years ago ask me if they had to cut down the cd to fit it in their floppy drive because they did not have a cd rom drive. i kid you not!

I did tech support for cell phone users about two years ago. I tried to help someone figure out why they couldn't get a signal on their cellphone, for probably ten minutes, before they said "Oh, the antenna fell out the other day, could that have something to do with it?"
