My G4 has been freezing during anything i do
i was told the video boards in most G4's were defaulted and to replace board would run me $400us... (to makemy cmtpr freeze all i would need to do is try and bookmark in safari after a couple of times it freezes, also during importing there are glitches during importing??
sometimes it has a hard time finding connecton as well???
I read online that if i removed all ATI files from system folder (extentions)it would solve my freezing problem!
which it did!!!
But i was unable to playback sequences in Final cut or imovieHD.
so i had to erase the operating system and reinstall the system folder....
Im thinking i need a new video card, since when i remove All ati Radeon files freezing stops...
plz help if possible!!!!
