Apple extended their instant rebate on Studio Displays with the purchase of a G4 until
Jan 31 2002

NOT something they typically do before releasing new G4s or new Displays (unless the ship time on both is over 4 weeks and they have a lot of older G4s and displays in stock).
 
I'm betting on Apple announcing new displays/G4s, but they won't ship the high-end ones until February, much like MWSF '01. I SURE hope they announce GHz G4s, because if they don't, it'll be a disappointment to say the least, despite whatever other smashing products they do introduce.
