G4 power issues

hello,

Basically when i start my power g4 400mhz, it lights up and than the power cuts out, ive have tried to change the hard drive but still i get this issue where lights come on but than it cuts out. Even the fan spins and within a few seconds it cuts out
Any ideas to what it could be?
