G4 Processor

Anybody know where i can just order a G4 1ghz processor? because i can do all of the soldering and stuff myself, saving lots of $!!!
everybody wants to sell me the whole motherboard...which i dont need...

The only way that I know of you being able to get "just the chip" like what you get with a PC AMD or Intel CPU is try ordering it right from IBM or Motrola. But the thing that might put a stop to that is I think you have to order more then just 1 or 2 CPUs but more like 1,000 lots.

It really depends on what kind of machine you want to put the G4 processor into.
