G5. Funny Sounds, then stuck in no mans land

My G5 - desktop. Made a sound like an airplane landing, fan blasting, loud engine like roar. On Screen on a black background, it looked like it went retro, with code and error messages, and so I quickly shut it down. Upon turning it back on, it will not go past the point of the blue gel spinning and saying MAC OS X STARTING, but it doesnt start, it just sits there. I tried ejecting the DVD tray so I could put in Tecjtool Pro but it wont eject. It also wont startup on the edrive I had created. It's juts sort of frozen. I am past my applecare and would like to see if I can get advice before spending rediculous amounts of money I do not have. ANyone out there have any suggestions? Thank you.

Disconnect all peripherals and non-Apple add-ins (drives, RAM, video cards...). Hold the power button down until the machine powers off.
Press the start button after about 15 seconds.
Immediately after the startup chime, hold down the mouse button and keep holding it down. If the tray has not ejected in, oh say, 2 minutes, then try power off - power on - into open firmware (command-option-o-f immediately after power on).
You should see black text on white background. If you do, type:
reset-nvram
reset-all

at the prompt.
The machine will reboot.

If you did not see the black text on white background, try booting into verbose mode (command-v immediately after startup).

The text you see may help diagnose the problem.

If none of these things work for you, then service is probably your only option for that machine.

thank you. The Mouse Worked and opened the DVD Tray. I put in Techtool. BUt There's something wrong. It doesn't recognize the edrive, and now, it looks as though I can't even get into Disk Utility. SHould I do this Reset All Thing and see if that gets back on track? This is a new Hard Drive I had it replaced a month ago. Very confusing. If I have to I will erase it to restart, But I can't even get that far. ANy other thoughts? Thank you so much.

HI Again,
Okat TEchtool did a test of the VOlume STructure and this is what it is saying. How do I repair this problem?
Thank you.

FInally got into DISK UTILITY. Upon Verifying the disk it says in red KEYS OUT OF ORDER. I try to repair disk. It says The volume needs to be repaired, but it doesnt repair it. IS my only option now to erase the disk? OR is there a program I can buy Like a Disk Utility app that can help me with this? Thanks again.!
