Been watching all the whiners... OK, most of the subject lines...
First, why can't we agree to disagree.
Second, it sounds like no one is considering the big picture. All I've seen points to one thing or another and with very few exceptions never the big picture. Apple has been hard at work with Jaguar, making the G4 towers dual processor, adding DDR SDRAM, etc. Has no one considered what they're working on next? IMHO, it's a much bigger problem to not release products at a predictable rate than it is to have incremental increases towards a much higher goal. Missing a design cycle has killed more than a few technology companies.
My point is this... express your opinion then shut up and keep your eye on Apple. For all we know something big is just around the corner. In the meantime appreciate the new G4s for what they do for the bigger picture then put your money where your mouth is.
