Hello!
I recently bought a new 733Mhz Quicksilver G4. I turned it on and played around with it most of the night. Wow! This thing screams! Well, anyway, I tried to get online in OS X (v10.0.4) and got this error message "PPP Error: Authentication failed." I double checked the number, my user name and password and everything seems fine. So I booted into OS 9.2.1 and connected just fine! Is there something I am doing wrong? I decided to try the MacOSX.com citizens before I call my ISP (Earthlink) but if I can't figure it out here I will have to call them.

P.S. To those of you (like me) who still have not upgraded to 10.1, you can get it from http://www.macmall.com/ for a S&H fee of only $9.95 instead of the $20 from Apple. Have a great day!
