GKrellM

I was wondering if there is a software package like GKrellM for OS X, and if not, does anyone have any plans to port it?

I don't know if anyone is planning on doing something
like gkrellm. I imagine a direct port is
unlikely, as I gkrellm seems pretty closely tied to
GTK and the Linux process model, both of which are

That's right. I have GKrellM on My SPARCstation Voyager, and I had to compile gtk for GKrellM to work. Since the good folks over at macgimp have done this, it should work!

GKrellM has been ported to other flavors of BSD though, hasn't it? That suggests it could be ported to MacOS X. It would still be running under X, but that's no problem. I just want to have my Mac server's GKrellM on my Linux desktop.
