Global Template On Ms Word 2001

My global template for MS Word 2001 (Normal.dot) is missing tool bars. I would dare call in corrupt, but I don't know for sure. What can I do to restore them?
 
I don't think that you mean template. Normal.dot is the blank page you see when starting Word. And doesn't change your toolbars.

To restore toolbars go to view/toolbars and add what you like.
