Globalstar Satellite Phone on OSX 10.4

I had my Globalstar phone working on OS 10.3, but I had to do a removal type install to go to 10.4 and no longer have things set up to connect the phone as a USB modem. How can I do that? I use a KeySpan adaptor, which worked fine on 10.3
