Going Wireless With a Powerbook Lombard G3

Hi, I just came across a 333mhz Powerbook Lombard G3 on ebay. It is running Mac OS 10.1.5, 20GB harddrive, 192mb or ram. And now I'm trying to get it up and running on my wireless network. I know that the lombard doesn't support airport. So I've been looking for PCI cards that actually work. I havent had any luck finding one that works. I did purchase a Linksys WPC-11 pci card come to find out it was the wrong version.

Now I am looking for any alternative to getting my lombard wireless. I have been thinking USB wireless dongles, but even those are hard to come by. I am also in Canada so I don't want to have to purchase something outside of the country and have to deal with paying customs/shipping if the thing turns to not work.

So my question, are there any USB wireless dongles out there that work with Mac OS 10.1.5? and that will work on my lombard? Or is there any other way for me to go wireless.

And I dont want to have to spend tons of money on this lol.

Thanks.

Erg, I think Mac support for USB wi-fi dongles is sketchy at best. Take a look at this 3rd party driver from IO Experts for wi-fi cards...

And according to the compatibility page ( http://ioexperts.com/devices/devices_80211b.html ), it might be compatible with the card you have. I'm not sure if the name matches up.

I used a Lombard with this driver, and a Lucent card, and it works just jim dandy. Not the most intuitive thing in the world, but at least it works.
