Darwin can be installed on a PC right and then you can get XFree86 and install a GUI and Aquas a GUI right so can you install Aqua over Darwin on a PC?
 
Nope, Aqua is only available for PPC (Macs). It's not ported to Darwin for x86. And that will probably never happen...
