IT doesnt work... even if phone is bluetooth tecno... had to buy a usb cable... still dont work... where can i found a A to Z connexion advice?!

I'm leaving for a long trip, would be nice to have the thing working
 
Can you be a little more specific? Are you adding the device to iSync? What steps are you taking to connect the phone? How, specifically, is it not working -- does the computer not see the phone at all? Does it see it, but won't sync to it?
