Thanks for the reply, but I've been there done that. I'm looking for GPS software that runs natively in Mac OSX.

Route 66 is a great GPS app for MAC's.

You can DL a free GPS program called GPSe in in Japanese but its cool

http://www.macgpspro.com/ is a native GPS app.

http://www.gpsy.com/ is still in OS9 but works in Classic and they are diligently working on their OSX version.

I haven't tried either of these yet, but I have heard testimonials about both and they sound pretty good for what they do.

macgpspro and gpsy are not applications which have many features which I would like , for instance routing , street level maps.

Besides you have to buy these apps which arevery limited , to waypoints and maybe topo maps that you have to make yourself.

This can be done for free with GPSe which is free here
