Grass dock

In the depths of my brain, I remember that somebody had a dock with grass in it which actually was in front of the dock items...could anyone enlighten me on how to do this???

There's an Icon set on MacNN's XIcons that you have to download and replace your icons with, as far as I know.

That's sad....I really hopped the dock could "dynamically" do such tricks (allthough I doubted it)...well, anyway, thanx for the answer!!!
