If I click on my desktop. Click on help. Then MacHelp nothing comes up. The box is there and the question box is there but it is all grayed out.
Also, if in Work or Excel and I want to send a a file and click File, then Send to - Email recipient is grayed out.
I do not have a DVD. I want to upgrade from 10.3.9 to 10.4. How can I do this inexpensively.
