To see P Diddy with an iPod, using it for the beats of a MC battle on the Making the Band show was good for the iPod. Not to mention the numerous times MTV Cribs showed them hard at work in artists studios.

i got back episodes to watch my friend just told me about it a few days ago...
 
Lots of celebs seem to be keen on iPods recently. I remember seeing Jonny Knoxville from Jackass talking about one once, saying how cool they were.

Everyone should have one! ...and that includes me... damn, i want one!
 
oh i can't wait until dell ship's mine out. i ordered it on may 19, and it won't come for another eight days! it is supposed to ship on the 19th :( this is after dell has delayed shipping it a few times, first it was soon, then it was 5/28, then 6/6, then 6/5, then 6/10, and now 6/19 :( im glad i don't have to buy things from dell everyday!
but the ipods are very popular in our culture... all kinds of musicians have them and most of them praise them. i can't wait to get my first one!
 
Just curious but why did you order your iPod from Dell? Were you able to avoid the sales tax that way or something? Just wondering because living in the Twin Cities would have given you several avenues for instant iPod gratification...

I watch strongbad all the time and i was with my friend when watching the episode. I pointed out the ipod too.
