Hi All,
I have two lab at my school with student and teacher accounts (about 800) configured via MCX in Workgroup Manager.
They all have the same problem as mentionned in title: they cannot resume printing in the print queue windows icons are greyed out.
Can someone help me out with this one. I had the first lab set-up in 2008 and the second on in 2009. But complete reinstall of both labs and servers in summer 2009.
I still have a lot to learn on Mac... I really am stuck here...
