I decided to try and put OS X on my computer.
10.0

So i installed OS X on my comp.
I had 9.1 before.

It just never worked, it had a blinking disk with a question mark on it, and said that i didn't have enough system software. Please consult user documentation for software information.
It said NOTHING in the documentation.
WHAT DO I DO?????

So you're OS 9 is messed up .. you should probably just try to reinstall it.

whenever i try to reinstall it, the installer says that i cannot open the installer on my computer.
I dunno wut that means!
I can't startup off the OS 9 cd, by holding down C.
What should i do?
