H.264 exporting with green line

For some strange reason tonight whenever I've tried to export something using H.264 from both Final Cut Pro and QuickTime I get a green stripe on the far right side of the movie (see picture below).

No matter what I do or whatever I export the green line remains there, yet if I export the same thing in any other format it's not there. Any ideas what this could be?

Is the width of the movie evenly divisible by 16? If not, crop or scale it so it is. The height should be, too.

Wow, when exporting as H.264 your dimensions need to be divisible by 16? Well anyway my height was but my width wasn't; I changed it and now it's fine. Thanks!
