H2 Re-establish Safari Bookmarks Bar

I somehow lost my 'Bookmarks Bar' in Safari - this is the bar right UNDER the navigation controls, and ABOVE the Tabs.

I used to drag links from the 'Address bar' to the 'Bookmarks bar' for establishing new frequently links (eg. eBay, Wikipedia, etc), but now I can't seem to do this(I drag a link to the bar but it will not allow/accept a drop).

Does anyone know what is the problem here?
