Harddisk icon on desktop moved

Each time I restart my MAC, the hardisk icon on the desktop dropped from the top right hand corner to the bottom middle, why is that so?? Appreciate your reply. Thanks.
 
Under OS X, for some reason, if there are any icons too close to the hard drive icon at startup, the hard drive icon will move somewhere else.

Try putting the hard drive icon back where it goes, clearing the area around it, and restarting. It should stay put.
