Has a Jobs Keynote Been Announced for WWDC?

Yes, I know it seems like a stupid question, but has Jobs/Apple announced that Steve will indeed be presenting the keynote at WWDC this year? You'd think he must after he promised 3GHz last year at the event and the fact that you want to impress your developers, but I don't actually remember seeing a confirmation anywhere.

Did I just miss it?
