I have a JVC Everio HDD camera. I want to connect it to final cut pro but can't seem to make this happen! All I have is a USB2 cable to connect it to my G5 with.
Can anyone help or give advice how I can connect it to my G5 so FCP sees the camera.
When asking for help, it is always useful to give the model number of whichever device is giving you trouble. If your model camcorder has a FireWire (iLink) port, I suggest that you buy a FireWire cable.
