Hebrew In Menus

Why do I get Hebrew mixed with squares in iTunes, Photoshop Elements and in a few other programs? I don't have any duplicated fonts. Although this always starts after I install alot.
 
Lucida somethingorother I deleted most of the fonts I installed that day but the one which by trial and error I noticed was 2 Lucida files.
