please!! i'm frustrated !!

when i turn on my G5, after the welcome sound i have a small globe icone in the center of my monitor flashing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what's that???? and nothing happen!!!
it's stays here...


please help me!! thanks in advance
 
Power down the mac completely. Then Press the power button and hold down APPLE-S
When the text stops scrolling type fsck -f and then press enter
Wait for the process to finish (it will say something about root#) and then type reboot and hit enter.
Then report back and tell if it helped or not :)
Oh, and by the way, try posting with a more descriptive title please!

i've found on the forume while waiting for ur answer that it's a NetBoot config! so i've changed that in system preference and everything is fine!!
