Hi, I have a Netgear WGT624v3 router and I can't get my new macbook pro to even identify the network. It doesn't even show up in my choices...please help.
What do you mean by this? Set your Mac to acquire to configure TCP/IP via DHCP. The router should be transparent. Instead of your computer's having your broadband modem's IP address, it will receive its IP address from your router.
