Help.app localizations

Hi all,
you can find french localization of Help.app on my idsk public folder (account azpro)
this is just a zip fil which contains french.lproj folder

for Scott; I can't translate all words, some are on exe file
like results on tests status, is it possible to put them on a .string file ?

It will be easier to translate app.
