Help! Can't change the icon and name of my system partition ??

Well.. I just tried to change the icon for my system partition, and it seems the priviliges have changed for it somehow. I have another partition (which mounts in /Volumes), which I can change the icon and name for fine.
I've changed the icon and name for the system partition before without any problems, but now, all of a sudden, I can't. I just want to know what file(s) I have to change the permissions for to get it working again.. My user is the owner for both /.DS_Store and /.VolumeIcon.icns , so I guess the problem isn't because of any of those.
Hope someone has had the same problem and found a way out :)

I had exactly the same problem and someone suggested a little app from Apple that fixes all the permissions for system files. I can't remember the name right now. It worked great!

I think it was called RepairPermissions or something like that...

Does anyone remember the name of the app or have the link?
