HELP! Deleted something by mistake using Terminal!

I was trying to uninstall ARD3 following the instructions provided by Apple, using Terminal.

The problem is, when I came to the instruction:

$ sudo rm -r /Library/Application\ Support/Apple/Remote\ Desktop/

I accidently hit the enter key before typing the whole instruction and removed the Apple folder (inside Application Support)…

Is there a way to retrieve it?

What will happen if I don't?

Here's what's in there on my machine:

If you have those files in your backup system ... time to touch the backup.
When something is deleted in the terminal, it does not go to trash but gets deleted instantly.

OK, thanks! I'll try that when I'm back at work ;)

PS: Fortunately, it wasn't the Adobe folder that I trashed… :) Otherwise, the book I was finishing today would be all screwed up. That reminds me: never mess up with your (production) Mac when you're finishing important work! :)
