HELP HELP HELP!!! please
I am trying to get an old G4 AGP onto wi-fi. It does not have an Airport card.
This USB stick (Edimax EW7318US) is a nightmare. I went to the trouble of getting the latest driver for Mac from the Edimax website (of course the driver on the CD in the box was out-of-date).
Before you run the installer, this message comes up in bold red type:
"After install and restart, you have to configure this interface in Network Pane of System Preferences before you can use the Wireless USB adapter"
The only trouble is that nowhere, just nowhere, does it tell you HOW TO do this!
It may be very obvious, but PLEASE can someone tell me what I am supposed to do?
The Edimax site is no help.
Many thanks
