Help! G5 crashing once a day........

I see that you have some kind of HP software installed.
HP printer software is often reported as causing problems on OS X, particularly the part that handles the "one touch" buttons. You should try disabling it. It probably is one of the startup items listed in your Accounts preferences. Note that you have to completely remove the item from the list in Accounts preferences - it is not sufficient to merely uncheck it.

If that doesn't help, find and remove all HP software and download and install new drivers.

Repair Permissions after that and run Repair Disk from your OS X disc.
