Help-How to remove an Untrusted Applet

I was on a web site and by accident agreed to download an applet (whatever one of those is) where it says it was from an untrusted source. Unfortunately I don't know what it was called and can't find the web site I went to by accident.

Should I be concerned? Is there a way of finding it and how would I ensure it was removed from the system

As you can tell I am not at all clear on Java and Applets.

Sorry to bother you but would very much appreciate your advice.

And yes I will be more careful in the future!

Do you recall the date you downloaded the applet?

You can find everything created or modified on that
date via splat-F.
