I am only 17. IDK how to use computers well. I was trying to clean out my mac and deleted TERMINAL. Can someone send it to me? How Do I get it back!! What does "Terminal" even do?!?! HELP

SO, you 'randomly' chose Terminal to delete?
If you don't know what Terminal does, how do you know that it's missing?
Maybe you need to learn more about your Mac before doing any maintenance to the system, eh? The OS X system doesn't really need a periodic "clean out" like Windows might need. Many Mac users go literally for years without doing much of anything to 'clean out' the system.

You can extract the terminal app from your OS X installer DVD, using something like Pacifist http://www.charlessoft.com/

Terminal is a terminal emulator that allows you to interact with your computer through a command-line interface. By default, it provides a unix-like bash shell.

I know what IT does cause I looked it up. I deleted it and then thought maybe that was important looked it up and turns out it is! I dont have the original installer DVD :(

You don't need the original OS X installer for that, just your current OS X installer, if you have updated to a newer version.
The installer DVD has a variety of utilities, in addition to the installer.
That's your main tool to use, if you have problems - even if you cause those problems yourself.
Which makes me ask - what else did you delete that may turn out to be important?
You shouldn't be throwing anything away, if you don't have the capability to get it back if you make another mistake. Maybe you could look things up _before_ you delete some random item.
That's another good reason to keep a current backup of your system, so you can return to your current system after another random brain fart.

I didn't delete anything else that was important. ANYWAYS I do not have any installer DVD Available so IDK what to do

How do you know that? You didn't know that you needed terminal until too late... What else did you delete that you are choosing not to share yet?

I _do_ know what you can do....
Purchase an OS X installer DVD.
What were you planning to do if you need to reinstall OS X? All Macs, new or used, should be provided with reinstall disks. It's the question that you ask of the seller, so perhaps you can ask the seller for disks now?
Anyway, for this use, you could also borrow an OS X installer from a Mac-user friend... as long as you don't waste your time with a grey DVD, but try a commercial OS X installer.

One more thing - please don't copy all my past posts into your next post. It's an unnecessary waste of space, and may leave others less likely to attempt to answer your questions.

Hi punjabirani.
Generally it's a good practice to leave things alone in /Applications/Utilities, /System, and /Library - the contents are in those locations for a reason. But I guess everyone makes a few side steps with the new OSes...

If it's only Terminal that's missing, it should also work to copy you Terminal application from another system that is with the same OS build as yours, to its original location, /Applications/Utilities.
Terminal application is around 30 MB in size, so something like iChat could work for transferring you a copy - as long as the os version is the exact same.
What is your current system version 10.6.x, 10.5y, 10.4.z..?
